Menu & Catering Policies
To help ensure the best possible day for your group, please use the following guidelines. |
- The length of your meal time is determined by the size of the group. (See our Serving Guidelines above.)
- Catering service is based on minimum of 50 guests. Please note, if your group does not meet the required contractual food minimums you will be charged for the minimum serving requirements.
- All catering arrangements must be confirmed with the park office at least two weeks in advance
of your outing. At the time we need
- Your estimated number guests
- Your menu choices
- Your serving time
- A guaranteed count for the number of guests we are to serve must be placed at least five days in advance of your outing.
- SORRY, NO RAIN CHECKS!
- Due to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulation 46.441, we are not permitted to
leave leftover food after the catered meal is complete.
- SORRY, organized groups make not bring OUTSIDE CATERERS, food, or beverages into
our park.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on park property.
- All catering events are subject to 6% Pennsylvania sales tax.
- Due to food safety concerns, leftover food cannot be taken by group member. Food is served
only during specified times and only to groups
- Grills are only permitted in the park with paid picnic reservations and prior park approval.
- Guests with paid pavilion reservations may bring their cars in the park to unload their supplies, but all cars must exit the park thirty minutes prior to the park's opening. All items not brought into the park by that time must be brought in by hand. Cars may not re-enter the park until the park is closed.
